The Mixed Message is about the messages that are in various types of music, with an emphasis on rap, classical rock, and classical soundtrack from the Schindler's List. The goal is to reach out to people on some genre of music that may not be portrayed positively. Classical music from Schindler's List tells the story of a Nazi man who saved more than 1000 Jews during World War II. I am trying to spread the message within songs from artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Queens, and the soundtrack from Schindler's List. Every song has a story that shows unity during struggle as well as motivational speeches. A song doesn't even need words in order to tell a story. I am encouraging people to open their ears to a different genre in order to hear a new story. It may change their lives and add a new curiosity in their lives. I am encouraging people to diversify themselves with music.
