The Advancement of Technology, Technique, and Training at Nursing Homes over the Past Decade

My main goal is to let my audience know how much technology, technique, and training has advanced at nursing homes over the past decade. Nurses and nursing assistants are trained often to make sure residents get the best care they can get. I plan to use academic journals from Heartland Community College online library. I plan to prove my hypothesis that nursing home care has improved with the help of the following methodologies: case studies, surveys, and historical facts.
