COD in Lingua (College Publications)

COD in Lingua is a foreign language journal. Its objective is to circulate student work, in all stages of learning, in the variety of foreign languages that are being offered at College of DuPage. Its goal is to promote academic success through increasing global and cultural awareness, expanding one’s world view, and limiting the barriers between people. Articles are published in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish. The journal is published electronically, and it is issued once a year.

We are a group of passionate Language Professors at College of DuPage, Glen Ellyn. We want to offer our students the possibility to explore the various cultural aspects of the foreign languages they are currently learning and share their thoughts and ideas with the world. We all have diverse cultural experiences that make us open-minded and enthusiastic for learning more. We are looking forward to new, exciting submissions.

German Journal Sprache Literatur Kultur (College Publications)

Das German Journal ist ein Fachmagazin mit peer-review. Unser Ziel ist es, wissentschaftliche Forschung zu publizieren, die sich mit Literatur, Kultur und Sprache (inklusive Forschung, die sich explizit mit Deutsch als Fremdsprache, oder Zweitsprache, auseinandersetzt) beschäftigt. Artikel werden in Deutsch und in Englisch veröffentlicht.

German Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal. Its objective is to circulate scholarly information on research in literature, culture, and language, including teaching German as a second or foreign language. Articles are published in German and English.

The Courier (College Publications)

In 1967, College of DuPage was established, despite the lack of a campus. In the very same year, student journalists launched The Courier, a weekly newspaper covering COD through exceptional writing, quality photography, in-depth research and visually appealing design.

Ever since, The Courier’s mission has been to ethically, accurately and efficiently report, promote, and explain school and community issues, as well as analyze their impact on the student body. While the times have changed, we remain dedicated in telling the stories of the students, staff and community members that make COD the school it is today.

The COD Library is in the process of digitizing past issues of The Courier. This is an ongoing project, and past issues will be posted as they are prepared for online publication. Please visit the Courier's website for the current issue.

The Prairie Light Review (College Publications)

Welcome to the electronic archive for the Prairie Light Review, the liberal arts magazine of College of DuPage. The Prairie Light Review is a juried publication that is currently published twice per year, in December and May, by students enrolled in English 2210 at the College of DuPage. The magazine features the creative works of students, faculty, and residents of our College District 502.
