Abstract
The constant winds of change have blown more collection development demands to the doorsteps of community college libraries, resulting in a stress on resources. Libraries are being asked to do more with the same or fewer resources. Many community college libraries are now supporting more than just the traditional career and technical educa- tion, or general education courses. Dual enrollment, new programs, and partnering with four-year institutions for new articulation agreements, are examples of the changing needs community colleges may experience. As institutional needs continue to evolve it will be necessary for community college libraries to expand their collection development efforts to support their campus community.
