No matter what your educational and career goals are, there’s something for everyone at College of DuPage. COD offers more than 90 certificate programs, 59 occupational degrees, and 45 transfer programs. And COD is constantly expanding its courses to meet the needs of students and employers alike. One of three new certificates offered is in the Cosmetology program. Images! previews the new track in this increasingly popular and in-demand area of study.

What could be more tempting than a five course meal complimented with champagne, hors d’oeuvres and delectable desserts? Toss in a silent auction and live music. An elegant evening of fine dining and entertainment, the annual Traditions in Excellence dinner is both a fundraiser and a practical learning experience for COD’s Hospitality Administration students. Images! sees what’s on the menu for both attendees and participating students at this year’s banquet.

… and jazz up a winter’s night at the WDCB Gala…

Listeners and supporters of 90.9 FM, WDCB found a great way to beat cabin fever in the heart of winter by venturing out for a fun-filled evening of fine dining, live music, dancing and prizes. WDCB, College of DuPage’s public radio station, hosted its annual Winter Gala last month. Ticket proceeds benefit the station, and WDCB has a chance to show its appreciation and give something back to their loyal audience. The yearly fund-raising event is an opportunity for listeners and sponsors to support the station, offering jazz lovers a way to beat the winter blues.
