Description

This literature review recounts the Violinist at the Metro Experiment, where a violin virtuoso was disguised as a street performer in the train station. In this paper, we connect social psychology to the experiment by using common cognitive biases and errors to show why the prolific performer was mostly ignored. Helpful suggestions for solutions to these cognitive issues are also provided.
