Description
My research examines sexual violence laws in multiple countries, focusing on legislative clarity, enforcement mechanisms, and sociocultural influences. Using a comparative analysis approach, it investigates how variations in legal frameworks and cultural contexts impact the effectiveness of these laws. Findings reveal that comprehensive legislation, robust enforcement, and supportive cultural attitudes are crucial in reducing incidents and improving survivor outcomes. These insights contribute to global policy reform efforts, aiming to strengthen protections and effectively prevent sexual violence worldwide.
