Description
This research examines why U.S. environmental policy remains stalled despite urgent climate crises. Analyzing Congressional voting and PAC donations, the study identifies political polarization, corporate lobbying, and economic framing as primary barriers. It proposes bipartisan task forces, transparency reforms, and value-based reframing to transform climate action into a national priority.
