Obesity has become an issue worth looking into solving for people across the world. Intermittent fasting is a free simple way that can kick start the beginning of weight loss. There are several different types of intermittent fasting "5:2 Diet" and "Alternate-Day fasting" is the focus of this research. There are two studies that zoom in on on the "5:2 Diet" method. One is aimed towards obese adolescents and the other toward obese adults.
