Description

The task involves conducting a financial analysis for Fashion Designs International Inc. to evaluate whether moving production overseas to Vietnam or keeping it domestic in North America would be beneficial.

The analysis is based on Charles Riley’s data on the potential changes in rates that could occur in each scenario. Apart from financial consid erations, other critical factors, such as quality, employees, raw material availability, supply chain, and trade agreements, were also taken into account while deciding about moving production overseas. Overall, the analysis involved a comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors to determine the most suitable course of action for Fashion Designs Inter national Inc. As a result, I came up with the conclusion, that in order to remain competitive, and achieve the desired financial goals of the CEO, it is highly recommended to move production overseas as it would help us grow exponentially in terms of profitability and other aspects such as competitiveness as well.
