Description
The Metaverse is an immersive virtually created environment where it is possible to create, explore, work, and interact with other people and objects in the same virtual and or mixed reality. The Metaverse which is being developed by Mark Zuckerberg has the ability to transform our vision of the future by expanding countless opportunities of education, therapy, and socializing. However, as a society we must be cautious of how this new technology can increase many already prevalent and difficult issues that exist in our world today, such as hate speech, grooming, and Meta, formally known as Facebook, becoming an unbreakable monopoly.
